Sliding Head Technology

  • In May 2016, we invested significant capital into sliding head technology
  • Our machines are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Machining capability from 1mm diameter thru 35mm diameter
  • Volumes ranging from 200 pcs to in excess of 20,000 pcs
  • Full 8 axis programming and machining
  • Full range of items manufactured on demand including Special Fasteners, Pins, Barrel Nuts and almost any precision machined component to customer drawing

Testing and Certification

  • Testing and Certification provided to individual customer specifications and internationally recognised standards.
  • Generation of PPAPs, ITPs, MPSs and ISIR documentation provided upon request.
  • All testing is performed at an independent UKAS approved Test Houses for Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing.
  • Third Party Witness by inspectorates including but not limited to TUV, Lloyds, DNV and Bureau Veritas.
  • Certification available includes Certificate of Conformity (2.1), 2.2, 3.1, 3.2, and original 'wet stamped' Mill Certification.
  • All raw materials are sourced from approved mills, and all stock is of Western European / US origin.
